This document constitutes a legal agreement between the user ("Rider") and RiderCare. By initiating a "Cycle Start" command on any RiderCare Helmet Cleaning Machine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Failure to adhere to the technical specifications or safety protocols outlined herein may result in immediate suspension of service access and termination of membership privileges.

Use of Services
The RiderCare Helmet Cleaning Machine is a precision instrument designed for motorcycle safety equipment only. Using the device for non-approved hardware (e.g., Electronic devices, Books ) is strictly prohibited.
Maintenance
Regardless of the selected package, the partner must assign on-site staff to handle liquid refills and basic day-to-day upkeep of the device; any technical issues, faults, or calibration requirements must be reported to RiderCare, and only authorized RiderCare technicians are permitted to perform maintenance, repairs, or system adjustments.
Ownership & Revenue Models
Host & Earn
For venue owners providing floor space and electricity. RiderCare retains machine ownership and maintenance responsibilities. Hosts receive a percentage of gross monthly cleaning cycles as defined in the specific Host Agreement Annex.
Entrepreneur Model
For operators who purchase or lease the machine directly. The Entrepreneur is responsible for site management while RiderCare provides the technical backend and liquid supply chain support.
Payments & Fees
Transactions are processed in real-time via the RiderCare Network. Subscription fees are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle. Failure to maintain a valid payment method will result in a lock-out of all Kinetic Sanctuary hardware until the balance is rectified.
Limitation of Liability
RiderCare provides precision cleaning services "As-Is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiderCare is not liable for incidental damage to helmet paint, custom wraps, or visor coatings that do not meet OEM manufacturing standards for chemical resistance.
